Bus trips to national Quilt Festivals are planned annually for TVQA members and their friends. Past trips include the Houston Quilt Festival, the Vermont Quilt Festival, the Greater Williamsburg Quilt Festival and the Greater Atlanta Area Quilt Shop Hop.
Multi-day trips to national quilt festivals and conventions are generally 7 days and 6 nights. Day and overnight trips can also be arranged for Quilt Shop Hops and single-day events such as the TVQA Assembly Day. While traveling, the time quickly passes with entertainment, games, and Show and Tell. Frequent rest stops are made along the way.
